PA Pride Lacrosse teams are providing the opportunity for middle school and high school female players to challenge themselves, advance to the next level of play, and excel in the sport of lacrosse. Our teams are trained in a positive learning environment, where the game of lacrosse, respect and good sportsmanship are honored, and the players continue to grow as individuals and as a team.
Our goal is to foster individual skill sets, a solid understanding of the game of lacrosse, and develop ‘smart’ players to become well rounded, talented athletes. Player development will occur year round with summer and fall tournaments, skills clinics, guest coach clinics, speed and agility training, nutritional training and participation in winter leagues.
PA Pride players talents will be showcased in some of the region’s top recruiting tournaments, such as the All-American Showcase, IWLCA Champions Cup, Club National Championships, National Draw, IWLCA Capitol Cup and the Mid-Atlantic. At these tournaments, PA Pride will compete against teams from many states across the US but the majority of teams being from: Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Virginia, Florida and Ohio.
All PA Pride players and families are given the guidance, support, and opportunities needed to prepare them for college level of play and through the recruiting process. We are aware that the high school years are critical in your daughter’s recruiting process and we plan to be apart of it every step of the way.

| PA Pride Coaching Philosophy | | | posted 03/31/2012
We believe that a greater amount of diverse experience leads to a greater chance for individual and team development, resulting in personal and player growth.
-
We understand that each team needs adult guidance for both the player and parent communication
-
We understand that older coaching techniques need to be supplemented with the “latest and greatest” player techniques, which is where our younger coaches come into play
-
We understand that not all talented players make great coaches
-
We understand that our role as coaches are to assist each player in achieving their own personal BEST
-
We understand the importance of learning from fellow coaches and colleagues, thus networking with other clubs and attending the annual US Lacrosse convention.
Each team will have a head coach, assisted by the Team Coaches, who will be rotating from team to team to help impact all levels of PA Pride.
Team Coaching Staff includes a combination of:
